By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments

All payments are processed securely via our approved payment gateway.

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.

2. No Refund Policy

Physical Products (e.g. eggs)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once delivery has been completed.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to assess and resolve the matter at our discretion.

Digital Products / Courses

All digital product and course sales are final.

Because access is granted immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds once access has been provided.

Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in immediate revocation of access and further action if necessary.

3. Delivery & Responsibility (Physical Products)

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order or provide a safe designated drop-off location.

We are not responsible for products left unattended once delivered according to customer instructions.

4. Customer Responsibility (Digital Products)

Customers are responsible for:

Providing correct email information
Safeguarding login credentials
Ensuring compatibility of their devices with digital content

5. Limitation of Liability

The Farmland shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
